Business Analysis Manager (SQL)

Location: Hybrid role in Madrid, Spain; onsite attendance at a hirify.global office may be required during the interview process.

What you will do

• Perform specialized operations and data analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Develop process analyses, mappings, and improvement initiatives.
• Maintain current records of business operations and support financial administration.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and contributions to annual and long-term planning.
• Lead specialized and complex business projects independently.
• Present insights to senior management and monitor the implementation of recommendations.

Requirements

• Expertise in detailed data analysis and business insight generation.
• Advanced process analysis and evaluation skills.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and business planning.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python, and R.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead specialized projects independently with strong business acumen.
