Senior Product Analyst - Application Portfolio Management (APM)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with an expectation to be in the office at least three days per week.

Salary: EUR 60,000–100,000 gross annual base salary for a full-time role, plus potential performance-based annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Act as a senior product and ServiceNow platform expert for APM and related capabilities, including GRC, SOPM, and SACM.
• Support product strategy, roadmaps, backlog prioritisation, and alignment with business and architectural objectives.
• Design and lead end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including configurations, workflows, data models, integrations, and custom applications.
• Translate business and process requirements into solution designs, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify platform gaps and lead optimisation, remediation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define dashboards, KPIs, and analytics while advising stakeholders, vendors, and DevOps teams on platform adoption and best practices.

Requirements

• At least six years of experience specialising in the ServiceNow platform within enterprise IT.
• Experience with large, complex, and highly integrated ServiceNow environments.
• Strong knowledge of Application Portfolio Management, Policy Exception Management, Software Portfolio Management, and Service Asset and Configuration Management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow data models, workflows, integrations, dependencies, and reporting, with an understanding of AI capabilities on the platform.
• Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, plus strong analytical, documentation, communication, stakeholder, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on delivery in a federated, matrix-driven enterprise environment.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Portfolio Management Implementation Specialist certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITSM Implementation Specialist, or Technical Architect certification.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent Service Management certification.
• Experience working with external partners or system integrators in long-term engagements.
