Business Analysis Manager

Location: Hybrid role in Madrid, Spain; applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Perform specialized operations and data analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop process analyses and mappings and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive records of business operations.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and contributions to annual and long-term business planning.
• Lead specialized and complex projects independently.
• Present business insights and recommendations to senior management and support their implementation and monitoring.

Requirements

• Expertise in detailed data analysis and generating meaningful business insights.
• Proficiency in advanced process analysis and evaluation.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and planning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead specialized projects independently and strong understanding of business operations and trends.
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Python, and R.
