What you will do

• Define and track key product metrics to influence strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate hypotheses through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Build and maintain dashboards, forecasts, and complex data pipelines.
• Perform root-cause analysis and segmentation to drive product improvements.
• Design, implement, and interpret A/B tests to validate new features.
• Coach and train team members to improve data literacy and autonomy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, with 2+ years working closely with product and research teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with DBT.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Familiarity with event-tracking tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics.
• Experience with Python and its data science ecosystem.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Experience in complex SaaS product organizations.
• Strong statistical background including regression analysis.
