Sr. Program Manager (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Syracuse, NY, United States. Onsite role with U.S. citizenship required and eligibility to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance at the SECRET level.

Salary: $101,361–$178,255 per year, with an annual or quarterly bonus potentially applicable depending on the assignment.

What you will do

• Lead complex programs involving PCB products, integrated technologies, multiple product variants, and qualification execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, cost targets, staffing plans, reserves, and risk-mitigation activities.
• Lead project meetings, design reviews, technical reviews, and day-to-day execution against customer and program commitments.
• Guide cross-functional teams through structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and issue resolution.
• Provide customer status reporting, negotiate specifications and delivery expectations, and manage technical, schedule, and pricing discussions.
• Support new-business proposals through compliance matrices, schedule development, customer-requirement reviews, and cost capture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 6–8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing complex programs involving technology integration, product variants, and qualification activities.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of product operation, key performance parameters, manufacturing processes, and materials.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance at the SECRET level.
