Salary: USD $112,500–$120,000 per year, plus potential participation in an annual discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of land-related projects and coordinate multiple project managers.
  • Develop execution plans, manage budgets, reforecast monthly, and monitor scope, schedules, and costs.
  • Assess risks, implement mitigation and corrective-action plans, and resolve issues affecting project performance.
  • Lead and supervise land personnel across survey, title, acquisition, documentation, permitting, and construction support.
  • Provide consistent stakeholder communication and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for clients.
  • Conduct complex negotiations and oversee personnel assignments, performance, time, and expenses.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Ability to work at field locations, governmental agencies, corporate entities, and client offices in the Houston area.
  • Ability to travel as required and work indoors and outdoors in varying climates.
  • Ability to walk long distances over varying terrain and lift or move up to 35 pounds.
