Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) (Server Platforms)

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $148,125–$246,875 per year, plus potential annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead server platform programs from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life.
• Translate product specifications into program deliverables with Marketing and Architecture teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop products, launch on schedule, and meet volume and financial targets.
• Manage feature enhancements, quality, supply continuity, program milestones, risks, mitigation plans, and KPIs.
• Drive engineering solutions across printed circuit boards, mechanical systems, power, operating systems, firmware, BIOS, solution software, testing, diagnostics, and vendor management.
• Work with sales organizations, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders while maintaining program documentation and communications.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with 12+ years of relevant experience in the server or related industry; alternatively, an MS with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of x86 server system architecture, system-level server platforms, software, and component interactions.
• Strong project and program management skills, including scheduling, milestone tracking, prioritization, and delivery management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve complex problems, make decisions, manage risks, and drive results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Professional ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
