What you will do
- Develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals, secure new clients, and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations and manage the sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while maintaining accurate sales activity and pipeline records.
- Collaborate with internal teams, share healthcare market insights, and refine sales strategies based on industry trends.
- Coordinate with Finance on overdue payments, billing issues, forecasts, and inventory planning.
- Maintain customer data in Salesforce, track leads and opportunities, and use BI dashboards for territory planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales systems; willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license are required.
