Medical Sales Representative (Pharma)

Location: Manila, Philippines; assigned to Greater Manila or Visayas/Mindanao territories

What you will do

• Manage hospital accounts and engage pharmacists, doctors, and other key hospital stakeholders.
• Drive inclusion of pharmaceutical and biosimilar products in hospital formularies.
• Learn about assigned products and services and explain their value to healthcare professionals.
• Meet assigned sales quotas and manage territory performance.
• Negotiate with stakeholders, resolve issues, and address complaints.

Requirements

• Relevant pharmaceutical and/or biosimilar medical sales experience.
• Experience in hospital account management and formulary inclusion.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills.
• Healthcare-related high school specialist diploma; a BSc or BA is a plus.
• Ability to remain composed when handling rejection.

Nice to have

• Experience in diabetology therapy.
• BSc or BA degree.
