Customer Service Associate (Sales and Pharma)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines; 3 months onsite, then hybrid

What you will do

• Scope client requirements with technical laboratory teams and prepare proposals and quotations for USP, EP, and JP compendial testing.
• Develop and present technical solutions using knowledge of chemistry, microbiology, and analytical techniques.
• Coordinate communication between clients and Microbiology and Chemistry departments to support timely, high-quality service delivery.
• Manage client information, requests, RFPs, quotations, revisions, and feedback in Salesforce, PandaDoc, and related systems.
• Notify operations when signed quotes or contracts are received and provide clients with testing updates and turnaround-time communications.
• Follow GMP, GLP, ISO, QHSE, and hirify.global integrity and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience and 2 years of pharmaceutical laboratory testing and cGMP experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level is required.
• Ability to interpret technical documents, study protocols, and RFPs related to pharmaceutical product testing.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Availability for 3 months of onsite work in Alabang, followed by a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Education or experience in business management or finance.
• Experience with Salesforce, PandaDoc, quoting tools, or custom proposal systems.
