Licensed Counselor (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW) (Behavioral Health)

Location: On-site in Downtown Denver, Colorado, USA. Schedule: 5:00am–1:30pm or 6:00am–2:00pm.

Salary: $75,000–$83,000 annually, plus performance bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Conduct individual alcohol and drug abuse counseling and group sessions.
• Orient patients to treatment program operations and support intake and readmission services.
• Assess patients’ social, educational, economic, and vocational needs.
• Develop and revise treatment plans, maintain records, and complete inter-agency documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention, supportive follow-up counseling, referrals, and care coordination with community providers.
• Support program implementation, staff training, caseload management, OBOT services, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a human-services-related field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology, according to state requirements.
• Current counseling credentials or licensure: LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Knowledge of human behavior, substance use populations, treatment planning, and human social services.
• Ability to make effective decisions, exercise judgment with confidential information, and respond appropriately in stressful situations.
• Ability to comply with federal and state requirements for certification, licensure, and education.
