Licensed Counselor (LPCC, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW)

Location: On-site in Downtown Denver, Colorado, USA

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually, plus performance bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Conduct individual alcohol and drug abuse counseling and group sessions.
• Orient patients to treatment program operations and support their transition to a drug-free life.
• Collect and assess social, educational, economic, and vocational information.
• Develop and revise treatment plans, maintain patient records, and provide referrals and follow-up.
• Deliver intake, readmission, supportive follow-up, crisis intervention, and OBOT services.
• Coordinate care with community providers, provide staff training, and comply with regulatory and accrediting requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or a related discipline.
• Current counseling credentials or applicable state licensure, including LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, MFTC, or ADDC.
• Knowledge of human behavior, substance abuse populations, treatment planning, and human social services.
• Sound judgment and the ability to make effective decisions in stressful or sensitive situations.
• Ability to meet federal and state requirements for certification, licensure, and education.
• Behavioral health experience is preferred but not required.
