Licensed Counselor (LPCC, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW)

Salary: $31.25–$36.00 per hour plus performance bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Conduct individual, group, intake, readmission, and follow-up counseling for patients affected by alcohol and drug use.
• Assess social, educational, economic, and vocational information and develop and revise patient treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, referrals, and follow-up services.
• Coordinate care with community providers and complete inter-agency and treatment documentation.
• Orient patients to program procedures, support program implementation, and assist with caseload management.
• Deliver required staff training, perform OBOT services, and comply with regulatory and accrediting standards.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, human services, or a related field, according to state requirements.
• Current counseling credentials or applicable licensure, including LPCC, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LCSW, MFTC, or ADDC.
• Knowledge of human behavior, substance use populations, treatment planning, and human social services.
• Ability to make effective decisions, exercise judgment with confidential information, and respond quickly in stressful situations.
• Ability to work on-site in Fort Collins, Colorado, and comply with applicable federal and state certification, licensure, and degree requirements.
