AVP, Talent & Leadership Development

Location: Remote, US-based; must work CT or ET hours

Annual base salary: $80,000–$100,000, with potential discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, deliver, and scale leadership development programs and learning experiences across the organization.
• Build skills-based development strategies using workforce data, skills intelligence, and talent insights.
• Use modern learning technologies and AI-enabled tools to create personalized, blended development experiences.
• Consult with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop practical solutions.
• Coach HR partners, subject matter experts, and internal facilitators while managing external assessment and coaching providers.
• Measure program effectiveness and support succession planning, career development, performance enablement, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, learning and development, organizational development, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading a team and enterprise-wide talent initiatives, including comprehensive 6–12 month development programs.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience using talent data and insights to measure impact, plus experience with Workday or comparable talent and learning platforms.
• Must be US-based and able to work CT or ET hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, real estate, mortgage, consulting, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools such as Hogan, Korn Ferry, DISC, CliftonStrengths, Predictive Index, Culture Index, or MBTI.
• Experience with Workday Skills Cloud, Peakon Employee Voice, or AI-enabled learning and talent technologies.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Canva, Vyond, Camtasia, or similar learning design tools.
