Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (AI)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; employees work in the office at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Base pay: $107,000–$147,100 per year, plus potential variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise the Senior Vice President of RiverSource and embed HR strategy into business decisions and planning.
• Coach leaders and guide them through complex and sensitive employee matters in partnership with HR centers of excellence.
• Use data, market insights, and leading practices to identify human capital trends and improve business outcomes.
• Shape and deliver people strategies for critical initiatives and corporate development efforts.
• Lead organizational change, workforce design, due diligence, and implementation during complex transformations, including mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of Human Resources experience.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Copilot to reduce administrative work and support strategic contributions.
• Strong relationship management, coaching, influencing, and senior-leadership partnership skills.
• Valid United States work authorization is required; the role does not provide current or future visa sponsorship.
