Sr. Talent Program Manager - Early Careers

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and able to begin work in the U.S. on the first day.

Salary: $118,000–$147,000 annual base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and manage scalable global internship, graduate, and rotational programs.
• Define success metrics and use feedback, hiring outcomes, retention, performance, and conversion data to improve program effectiveness.
• Design and facilitate workshops for early-career professionals covering professional skills, team dynamics, problem-solving, and career navigation.
• Build and evaluate relationships with universities, student organizations, and academic institutions worldwide.
• Own early-career social content strategy and support employer-brand storytelling across LinkedIn and other channels.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, People Business Partners, and managers to improve hiring conversion, mentorship, and career growth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Early Careers.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing early-career, internship, or university-focused programs in a global technology environment.
• Strong workshop facilitation, communication, organizational, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Experience building university partnerships and campus strategies.
• Ability to manage multifaceted programs across global, cross-functional teams and use data, feedback, and storytelling to measure impact.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.
