Manager, Learning & Organizational Development (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: West Los Angeles, California, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work required Monday-Wednesday and remote work available Thursday-Friday.

Salary: $115,000-$130,000 per year, plus a possible discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders on team effectiveness, leadership, talent, and organizational challenges.
• Design and facilitate workshops, offsites, custom engagements, and learning experiences for teams and enterprise audiences.
• Lead internal learning and leadership programs, including content creation, program management, and delivery.
• Deliver learning experiences and materials in both English and Spanish.
• Measure program effectiveness, analyze data and feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Manage relationships with vendors, facilitators, developers, and consultants.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering learning, leadership, or professional development programs in complex organizations.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field is preferred.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, consulting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, navigate ambiguity, and create executive-ready deliverables.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and working knowledge of organizational assessment tools such as DiSC, 360 assessments, Hogan, or MBTI.

• Master’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field.
