Senior Associate, Organization Development (Learning & Development)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week of remote work

Salary: $73,700–$94,000 annually, plus a 6%–10% annual discretionary incentive range.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver in-person and e-learning programs with the Organizational Development team and functional subject-matter experts.
• Facilitate training sessions online and in person.
• Manage training logistics, materials, enrollment, completion tracking, and reporting.
• Administer learning management system activities and coordinate the master training schedule and training facilities.
• Partner with managers and employees to assess training needs and career-growth goals and recommend development activities.
• Support vendor relationships, procurement, spend tracking, stakeholder communications, and additional talent-development projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a trainer or facilitator.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
• Knowledge of change-management methodologies and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field; 3+ years of progressive learning and development or instructional design experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• HRIS experience, including Workday.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Certifications in instructional design, facilitation and presentation, or e-learning development.
