Environmental Client Project Manager (Stack Testing)

Location: Antioch, California, United States; frequent overnight and local travel for multi-weekday projects up to 75% of the time or more.

Salary: $119,000–$155,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support consistent and reliable stationary source testing by following established methods, procedures, and processes.
• Assess client goals, regulatory requirements, and relevant data to prepare technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports.
• Manage the technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stack testing programs and projects.
• Set, coordinate, monitor, and adjust project timelines.
• Allocate and direct resources to meet project goals, timelines, technical requirements, and client expectations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of stack testing experience and QI credentials.
• Extensive knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships, client projects, budgets, and project costs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification and OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation.
• Ability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screening.
