Project Manager - ES (Environmental Services)

Location: Alameda, CA, USA; onsite work at client sites and facilities is required.

Salary: $124,800–$171,600 per year, depending on hiring locality. Annual incentive plan target: 15%.

What you will do

• Manage the execution of environmental waste projects for clients and at client facilities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contractual requirements, work scopes, issue escalation, daily reporting, and project profitability.
• Validate regulatory compliance and develop health and safety procedures for field work performed by employees and subcontractors.
• Conduct regulatory inspections, waste characterization, shipping, profiling, and waste-stream documentation.
• Develop and implement reuse, reduction, recycling, and alternative treatment programs with customers.
• Coordinate subcontractors, onsite technicians, technical systems, training, customer support, and sales-led solutions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of complex environmental waste-industry regulations and hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal operations.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices, industrial hygiene, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, exercise independent judgment, and manage resources and expenditures.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
