Configuration Developer - Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Jaipur, India; office-based four days per week with remote work available on Fridays

What you will do

• Configure and maintain business rules in FireLight® for accurate, complete, and compliant financial product applications.
• Implement Role Codes, Review Queues, Needs Determination, mapping documents, and administrative mappings.
• Participate in requirements analysis, configuration, testing, deployment support, and production issue resolution across the SDLC.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support customer deployments.
• Provide Tier 2 production support by investigating configuration issues and managing client tickets through tools such as Jira.
• Use AI-enabled tools for rule creation, scenario testing, troubleshooting, and reducing rework.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical or configuration-focused role.
• Strong proficiency in XML creation, editing, and troubleshooting, with an understanding of structured business logic.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with FireLight® configuration concepts or the ability to learn the platform quickly.
• Working knowledge of Jira, OpenAir, Notepad++, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of financial services, including insurance, annuities, life insurance processes, and compliance requirements, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Exposure to integrations with third-party platforms such as Salesforce, Redtail, or Yellow Pages.
