Software Development Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize network applications and protocols using C and C++.
• Design efficient data structures for network data processing and perform system-level programming in Linux.
• Analyze network performance, identify issues, and implement optimization solutions.
• Collaborate on requirements, architecture design, and integration of network solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to deliver reliable software.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a distributed, enterprise-scale environment.
• Strong C programming skills for network-related data handling and processing.
• Expertise in Linux system-level programming, scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, QUIC, and traffic management technologies.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI/ML models or predictive analytics to network traffic routing, datapath anomaly detection, or cloud security efficiency.
• Experience with L3 protocols, routing, and BGP.
• Experience with cloud-based networking and improving reliability, scalability, and network efficiency.
