Sr Analyst I Software Engineering

What you will do

• Write, test, and debug software, focusing on complex and critical components.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and software requirements definition.
• Provide technical expertise, research solutions, and help resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
• Assess and adopt new technologies and software development best practices.
• Mentor junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and software development methodology.
• Strong programming, debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
