Learning and Development Assistant Manager (AI Learning)

Location: USA, NY, Port Washington, HQ; onsite work with travel to training sites as needed

Salary: USD 22.75–44.50 hourly

What you will do

• Design, develop, and facilitate leadership, onboarding, team building, business skills, and AI learning programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to identify appropriate learning interventions.
• Create training materials, instructional content, and digital learning resources based on adult learning principles.
• Plan AI learning and digital upskilling initiatives that improve productivity and adoption of emerging tools.
• Manage learning logistics, vendors, cross-functional stakeholders, LMS administration, and training records.
• Lead change management and internal learning campaigns, support coaching and mentoring programs, and report on learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or organizational development.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership, onboarding, or team-based training programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, instructional design, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI learning, digital upskilling, technology adoption, LMS platforms, or learning technology tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Port Washington, New York, travel to training sites, and support occasional after-hours or early-morning sessions.
