Senior Leadership Development Designer (Learning and Development)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Monday through Thursday; remote work is available on Fridays. Occasional overnight travel is required.

What you will do

• Investigate business needs and subject matter to develop instructional design strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Independently manage complex learning projects from concept to completion, including scope, budget, risks, timelines, and evaluation.
• Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual learning experiences using adult learning principles and the ADDIE methodology.
• Create learning content with tools such as Articulate, Adobe Suite, Vyond, and Google Sites, incorporating stories, activities, graphics, and interactions.
• Lead the adoption of new learning technologies, formats, and delivery channels, including responsible use of AI.
• Advise HR Operations on Workday Learning Management System deployment, mentor peers, and use evaluation data to improve programs.

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, consulting, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Expertise in at least one learning design tool, such as Articulate, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, or Vyond.
• Expert facilitation skills for in-person and virtual environments.
• Experience designing evaluation strategies and analyzing data to measure learning impact.
• Experience consulting on complex, ambiguous organizational challenges and leading peers in project work.
• Ability to work onsite at the Menomonee Falls corporate office Monday through Thursday, work remotely on Fridays, and travel overnight occasionally.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of relevant Learning and Development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field.
• Experience with assessment tools such as CliftonStrengths or DiSC.
