Digital Learning Enablement Assistant Director (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a learning technology team responsible for platform configuration, administration, reporting, and learner support.
• Own the implementation, operation, and evolution of the field-facing learning platform and execute its technology roadmap.
• Evaluate and apply AI-enabled, adaptive, personalized, simulation, and collaborative learning capabilities.
• Ensure learning technology supports regulatory, compliance, product qualification, field enablement, reporting, governance, and documentation requirements.
• Partner with learning, digital product, technology, business, field, and vendor stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Assess vendor roadmaps and improve operating models, service processes, engagement, scalability, and business impact.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, including using learning technology to drive business results.
• Bachelor's degree in learning technology, instructional design, or a related field.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing learning technology professionals.
• Expertise with learning management systems, LXPs or learning portals, virtual classrooms, integrations, reporting, dashboards, security, permissions, assignments, and end-user support.
• Experience with learning authoring tools, SCORM, xAPI, content catalog integrations, vendors, platform releases, and issue resolution.
• Strong project, program, change management, analytical, consulting, stakeholder partnership, and process improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Docebo and Zoom.
