Human Resources - Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager, AVP (Learning and Leadership Development): Developing and executing firmwide manager development, career landmark, and training programs with an accent on program ownership, content development, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on evaluating learning effectiveness, building ongoing support resources, sourcing external partners, and improving training content and processes across a global organization.
Location: Based in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, with travel to the New York City office approximately once per week as needed
Expected annual base salary: $125,000–$150,000, plus potential bonuses, equity, and incentive compensation.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the firmwide manager development program, including launch events, ongoing learning, communications, attendance, and support resources.
- Develop, execute, manage, and evaluate training programs aligned with organizational standards and business needs.
- Support Global L&D career landmark programs and facilitate selected training sessions.
- Research and manage external partners for learning program design and delivery.
- Build relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and colleagues across regions to support talent development.
- Review program content and processes, recommend improvements, and support leadership assessment needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, learning and development, or talent development.
- Strong project management, communication, relationship-building, and independent execution skills.
- Experience working across businesses and with global HR teams in a dynamic organization.
- Strong proficiency with technology and systems, particularly Learning Management Systems.
- High level of professionalism and ability to interact confidently with all organizational levels.
- Outstanding PowerPoint and Excel skills.
