Salary: $89,000–$92,000 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the vision, governance, standards, and processes for instructional design and enterprise learning content.
• Oversee learning projects from scoping and prioritization through resourcing, risk management, delivery, and evaluation.
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team of instructional designers, editors, and technical writers.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, IT, HR, Legal, and business leaders to align learning solutions with enterprise priorities and compliance needs.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, software licensing, negotiations, and performance reporting.
• Use learner data, adoption metrics, ROI analytics, and executive dashboards to improve learning impact and recommend new methodologies and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• At least seven years of progressive experience in instructional design, learning development, or a related field, including at least four years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise learning program management, instructional design, project scoping, resource allocation, capacity planning, and risk assessment.
• Expertise with LMS platforms, authoring tools including Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Captivate, and Canva, collaboration tools including MS Teams and Smartsheet, and analytics dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models, evaluation methodologies, vendor negotiations, contract management, budget oversight, and ROI reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

Nice to have

• ATD CPLP, CPTD, or equivalent certification.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Change management certification.
• Familiarity with WCAG and inclusive content design.
