Project Manager - EPC (Solar/BESS)

Location: Santa Fe Springs, California; onsite work required, with extensive travel and construction-site presence.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year, paid weekly.

What you will do

• Lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects from pre-construction through commercial operation.
• Manage engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, schedules, budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and invoicing.
• Establish and maintain project safety, quality, execution, and risk-management practices.
• Build client relationships, communicate project status, manage changes, and administer client, supplier, and subcontractor contracts.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment selection, material delivery, project controls, and construction-team execution.
• Lead issue resolution, closeout, lessons learned, and updates to company leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of construction-related experience, including 3 or more years of self-perform construction experience.
• Experience with utility-scale solar projects is required.
• Cal OSHA 30-hour Construction training certification is required.
• Degree in engineering, business administration, project management, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent trade and work experience.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong construction management, leadership, communication, organizational, reasoning, and client-management skills.

Nice to have

• LEED AP certification.
• Database experience.
