EPC Senior Project Manager (Utility Scale Solar)

Location: Full-time onsite at a jobsite in Clark County, Nevada, with travel required. The listed location is Reno, Nevada.

Salary: $141,590–$176,987 per year.

What you will do

• Manage multiple or large, complex construction projects through successful completion and close-out.
• Establish budgets and contract prices, including GMP and lump-sum agreements.
• Lead procurement, subcontract negotiations, bid packages, shop drawing approvals, and material delivery.
• Maintain project schedules, cost controls, reporting, documentation, and contract compliance.
• Work with the Superintendent on safety plans and procedures while maintaining quality control.
• Lead, train, and supervise project teams; coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, management, and estimating staff.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and project management control systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
