Floor Coating Installer

Location: Landover, MD and surrounding areas, including Bladensburg, Capitol Heights, District Heights, Glenarden, Hyattsville, Riverdale, and Washington, DC

Salary: Up to $20/hour based on skills and experience

What you will do

• Prepare floors and surfaces through cleaning, scraping, grinding, and other preparation work.
• Apply floor coating products according to established processes and quality standards.
• Safely handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.
• Work at least two weekends per month as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Comfort using basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying materials.
• Reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, and able to follow established safety processes.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
