Service Technician (Remodeling)

Location: Charlotte, NC; on-site

Salary: $20–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Provide customer support and service during field visits.
• Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Repair showers and tubs, fix plumbing leaks, and install shower doors.
• Perform window sash replacement, window wrapping, interior trim work, siding, and shingle installation.
• Complete painting, staining, caulking, cleaning, drywall patching, and sheetrock taping and mudding.
• Collect outstanding balances, follow company procedures, and produce detailed service reports.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the remodeling industry.
• Home, condominium, apartment, remodeling, or construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
• Strong planning, negotiating, organizing, and quality-focused work skills.
• Ability to grasp complex concepts easily.
