Bath Installer Helper (Carpentry)

Location: Goldsboro, North Carolina, United States; Workplace: On-site

Salary: $18 per hour plus potential monthly incentives; overtime available.

What you will do

• Assist the main installer with bathroom and shower remodeling in customers’ homes.
• Follow installation directions, scopes of work, checklists, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Provide customer service to homeowners and help resolve issues that support customer satisfaction.
• Identify house and bathroom specifications to determine where work should begin.
• Clean job sites, organize equipment, and safely return tools and materials to the vehicle.
• Learn to stage jobs and load the van for upcoming installations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Solid carpentry skills and basic hand-tool knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with verbal, written, and mathematical skills at that level.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more, work extended hours and overtime, and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team.
