Installer (Architectural Construction)

Location: Bow, New Hampshire, with travel to customer jobsites throughout the United States

What you will do

• Install pre-engineered buildings, large-scale skylights, wall systems, canopies, doors, windows, and operable roof systems.
• Perform aluminum frame construction, roofing, gutter installation, and glass and wall system work.
• Use hand and power tools and operate boom lifts, extended-reach forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Read blueprints and schematics and follow measurements and specifications accurately.
• Travel to out-of-area jobsites for assignments lasting from several days to several months; crews generally return home every two weeks when multiple trips are required.
• Communicate with crew members, maintain housekeeping, and follow safety procedures and training requirements.

Requirements

• Construction, hand-tool, power-tool, or construction-equipment experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to fly commercially and provide a Real ID or passport.
• Ability to work safely outdoors, around moving machinery, at elevated levels, and in physically demanding positions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and background check and work 40–60 hours per week, including travel.
