Premier Senior Client Advisor

Location: Denver, Colorado; Portland, Oregon; Seattle, Washington; or remote within the United States, aligned with the Pacific Time Zone.

Salary: $70,000–$100,000 annually. Bonus eligible with a target incentive of 5%.

What you will do

• Independently manage assigned Premier Tier 2 and Tier 3 client accounts serving high-net-worth and affluent individuals.
• Drive proactive client engagement and maintain a minimum 95% account retention rate.
• Manage renewal expirations, prevent coverage lapses, and market renewals.
• Assess current and future exposures and recommend appropriate insurance programs and coverage.
• Prepare insurance proposals and summaries, respond to underwriter questions, and maintain accurate agency and document management records.
• Guide clients through first reports of claims and facilitate prompt carrier responses.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in personal lines Property & Casualty insurance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Property & Casualty coverages, underwriting, and rating concepts.
• Current state Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, or CPRIA, or commitment to pursue one.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and accurately.
