What you will do

• Act as a relationship manager between the company, regional underwriting teams, and corporate departments.
• Assess agency strengths and weaknesses to achieve mutual goals for profitable growth and policy volume.
• Monitor agency results, including growth, profitability, and compliance with company initiatives.
• Perform risk inspections and provide quality assurance feedback to agents and underwriting teams.
• Maintain open communication and encourage agent usage of internal systems like CLAS and PLUS.
• Advise the company on industry trends, new ideas, and competitor philosophies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, marketing, or field underwriting.
• Proven track record in establishing and achieving business goals.
• Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internal business software.
• Ability to work independently from a remote location.

Nice to have

• College degree.
• 3 years of experience in Agency Management or rating.
• 2 years of experience in Claims or Loss Control/Inspection.
