Project Manager - Mid-Level - TGS

What you will do

• Provide programmatic support for a broad portfolio of 96 CTG test projects.
• Develop test requirements and supervise complex mission planning, flight, weapons, electronic warfare, software, and cybersecurity testing projects.
• Prepare test cost estimates, customer test agreements, test directives, schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Manage project finances, funding documents, expenses, and compliance with Department of Defense financial and contractual guidance.
• Coordinate test resources, approvals, safety, technical support, range management, facilities, logistics, security, frequency management, and reporting.
• Train and mentor project managers on test processes, project controls, measurement, and budgeting.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 3 years of technical experience; additional experience may substitute for education.
• Air Force acquisition project management experience.
• Experience designing and implementing test strategies for Department of Defense software or hardware tests.
• Strong understanding of Department of Defense acquisition, weapons systems, DT&E, and OT&E processes.
• Experience managing project scope, status, schedules, budgets, documentation, stakeholders, and MS Office applications.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional coursework or certification.
• Air Force operations, test, or project management experience.
• Experience with C4ISR, range maintenance, data links, defensive systems, or cybersecurity in test planning and execution.
