Project Manager - TIMS

Location: On-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; travel averages 25%.

What you will do

• Independently manage small and medium projects across cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual execution.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, cross-functional leaders, and geographically dispersed project members.
• Identify program problems and implement solutions for technical and financial issues.
• Prepare and present internal and external briefs, executive briefings, and pursuit reviews.
• Conduct EACs, PMRs, business forecasting reviews, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with functional management to identify required project skill sets and support effective execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in project management.
• Experience leading teams responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• At least one year of construction experience.
• Experience with the U.S. DoD acquisition process and organizations.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance required before the start date.
• U.S. citizenship required; no visa support or C2C arrangements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project, plus experience with risk identification, analysis, and management.

Nice to have

• PMP, DAWIA, or equivalent project management certification.
• Knowledge of High Frequency Global Communication Systems.
• Experience installing and maintaining towers internationally.
• Experience recovering large government programs, customer-facing program leadership, EVMS, and senior management.
