Location: El Segundo, California, United States. Hybrid role requiring on-site work at least 2–3 times per week, with additional on-site days possible based on meetings and schedules. U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. Government Secret clearance are required.
Salary: $90,000–$120,000–$132,000 annually in California, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, location, and market conditions.

What you will do
- Lead projects supporting the development and rapid deployment of resilient Missile Warning capabilities.
- Coordinate technical teams, mission stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to translate complex requirements into operational capabilities.
- Manage testing, analysis, evaluation, validation, and verification activities.
- Identify programmatic risks and drive early mitigation across cost, schedule, and performance.
- Apply disciplined program execution and engineering methodologies to keep mission-critical work aligned and progressing.
- Support the development of remote-sensing systems for the U.S. Space Force and Air Force.
Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- 4+ years of experience in DoD acquisition planning, project management, and business operations.
- Experience managing programmatic risk across cost, schedule, and performance.
- Experience with DoD 5000.02 acquisition directives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or another technical discipline.
- Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required. PMP certification is also required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with military space systems, the DoD acquisition system, or new technology programs for embedded systems.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or another technical discipline.
- APDP Program Management Level II or higher certification.
