Sr Field & Channel Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - France. The role covers France, Iberia and Italy and involves travelling across the region approximately 25% of the time.

Base salary range: €80,000–€115,000 EUR annually, depending on country of employment, knowledge, skills and experience. Additional incentive compensation or participation in the corporate bonus program may apply.

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans for Southern Europe.
• Deliver direct and partner-led programs supporting new-logo acquisition, customer expansion and opportunity acceleration.
• Coordinate with sales, SDR, channel and global marketing teams on regional priorities, audiences and campaigns.
• Build a mix of field events, digital campaigns, partner programs and customer initiatives across France, Iberia and Italy.
• Manage regional budgets, track performance and report on pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Use data, experimentation and market feedback to improve marketing program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of regional or field marketing experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT markets.
• Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated field, digital and partner marketing programs with measurable results.
• Experience supporting new-logo acquisition and customer expansion in complex enterprise markets.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise buyer journey, including the influence of events, campaigns, partners and customer programs.
• Experience managing regional budgets, measuring performance and ROI, and balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
