Partner Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - USA; candidates must be based in the US and have the legal right to work without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $117,000–$159,000 USD base salary annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and execute integrated partner marketing programs and demand generation campaigns for reseller and service partners.
• Develop marketing plans, co-branded assets, events, content, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Activate go-to-market plans with global and regional partner teams across the US and Canada.
• Track and analyze partner program performance to optimize campaigns and align results with business objectives.
• Coordinate launches and campaigns with Sales, Partner, Enablement, Field Marketing, Global Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Analytics teams.
• Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders and channel partners to keep programs on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing; 8 years preferred.
• Previous partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Strong project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and time zones, work independently, and use data to improve marketing performance.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or software industry, especially cloud or cybersecurity.
• Experience working with public sector partners.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, G Suite, and marketing automation platforms.
