Apparel Sales Representative (Fashion)

Location: Hybrid outside-sales role; representatives must live within the region they serve and travel locally to schools, organizations, community events, and client meetings. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Pay: $35,000–$45,000 annual base draw, plus possible performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Plan and prospect territory sales while building rapport with prospective customers.
• Conduct consultations and fittings with coaches and athletes.
• Promote apparel and products through a consultative selling approach.
• Meet and exceed assigned territory sales goals by generating leads and forecasting the sales cycle.
• Provide informed feedback on style, fit, construction, technical details, and pricing.
• Travel to appointments within the territory, maintain customer relationships, and recruit for summer camp brands.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, organize work, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use Microsoft Suite and learn new technology, products, and pricing.
• Reliable transportation for regular face-to-face meetings; ability to lift 15–30 pounds and perform regular sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, walking, and driving.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business education, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the cheer and dance industry.
• Relevant industry experience.
