Client Service Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; hybrid office role

Base pay range: $42,000–$52,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Review sales packages and book advertising orders for multiple agencies across local and regional sports networks using an internal ad management system.
• Monitor airtime and contract deliverables, resolving discrepancies through order rebooking with guidance from the Client Service Representative.
• Provide first-level support to advertising agencies, handling value requests, questions, and order revisions while escalating complex issues.
• Prepare client research, target-category background, Excel reports, edited proposals, and other materials supporting the sales function.
• Collaborate with the Client Service Representative on account stewardship and attend sales meetings.
• Manage competing priorities across assigned accounts and stay current on relevant sports industry issues and events.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous office experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication, organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.
• Interest in and general understanding of the sports industry.

Nice to have

• Experience in a related field or a strong desire to build a career in sports media marketing.
• Familiarity with Wide Orbit, STRATA, or similar systems.
