Admissions Representative - Sales Experience Required

Location: Albuquerque, NM, USA; campus-based, full-time position.

Salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year, depending on for-profit enrollment experience.

What you will do

• Recruit qualified students for academic programs and provide accurate information about entrance requirements, curricula, and academic standards.
• Respond to inquiries, make outbound calls, participate in phone-a-thons and dialing campaigns, and follow up with prospective and dropped students.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews using approved materials and compliant admissions procedures.
• Explain program options, match programs to student goals, and provide routine guidance on eligibility and enrollment requirements.
• Coordinate enrollment forms and documentation, partner with Finance on the student transition, and follow up on financial aid packaging.
• Maintain accurate inquiry records, daily activity reports, pre-start paperwork, and system information.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service, telemarketing, sales, or admissions experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate professionally with prospective students.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned or flexible hours necessary to complete weekly responsibilities.
• Ability to follow company policies, admissions procedures, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
