Manager, Maintenance (Manufacturing)

Location: Modeste, Louisiana, United States; willingness to relocate to the project site and travel globally as needed

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance department to support plant availability, production targets, cost control, and reliable operations.
• Promote a strong environmental, health, and safety culture among employees and maintenance contractors.
• Develop and advance reliability-centered and predictive maintenance practices across the site.
• Ensure maintenance of highly hazardous chemical equipment complies with Process Safety Management and the Mechanical Integrity Plan.
• Plan and execute maintenance turnarounds, expansions, budgets, schedules, and capital projects.
• Represent Maintenance on the Site Leadership Team and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of directly related maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to acquire a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC), pass random or for-cause drug and alcohol testing, and work on ladders, stairs, and safety harnesses.
• Strong communication, change management, analytical, decision-making, and regulatory interaction skills.
