Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead maintenance for facility infrastructure, utilities, production equipment, tooling support systems, and capital assets.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, work orders, emergency repairs, documentation, and critical spare parts.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Lead capital improvement projects, including budgeting, cost justification, vendor selection, contractor management, installations, and facility upgrades.
• Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance personnel while supporting Lean Manufacturing, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, Lockout/Tagout, quality, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or a degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of maintenance leadership experience; 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems, including technical schematics and drawings.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, budgets, capital projects, and vendors or contractors.
• Proficiency with CMMS, CAD software, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to respond to maintenance emergencies outside normal working hours when necessary.
