Manager, Maintenance - IDAP

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite maintenance role

Salary: $100,000–$148,750 per year

What you will do

• Own asset reliability and availability, including preventive maintenance content, effectiveness, and performance.
• Schedule maintenance activities and ensure mechanical and electronic troubleshooting coverage across all shifts.
• Lead continuous improvement and OEE initiatives, spare-parts risk analysis, and complex maintenance problem resolution.
• Initiate deviations, lead root cause analyses and technical investigations, and implement CAPA for machine failures.
• Maintain accurate asset management records and author or review SOPs, equipment specifications, validation scripts, job aids, and work instructions.
• Lead and develop technical staff while supporting engineering projects involving electronics, controls, automation, and validation.

Requirements

• Experience in a regulated production environment with responsibility for equipment maintenance, reliability, and performance.
• Supervisory experience directing technical personnel and providing career development and performance management.
• Expertise in at least one relevant discipline, including maintenance, equipment, automation and controls, project delivery, process or materials, or validation.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Controls, and external suppliers.
• Work authorization or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent trade-school training.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in regulated manufacturing, including team leadership or supervisory responsibility.
• Experience with automated equipment.
