Manager, Maintenance II (Manufacturing)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; onsite at the Minneapolis plant

Annual salary: $86,000–$111,000, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide technical and managerial leadership for the entire Maintenance Department.
• Lead safety performance, hazard recognition, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, LOTO, confined-space, line-break, hot-work, and pre-use inspection programs.
• Develop maintenance strategies that improve spending, labor efficiency, equipment reliability, and operational excellence.
• Build and prioritize preventive maintenance programs based on equipment criticality and develop FMEA processes for risk management.
• Use EAM systems to manage work execution, maintenance efficiency, and cost performance.
• Develop employee capabilities, succession planning, cross-functional collaboration, and operator-driven equipment inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience with leading metrics development and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of MRO or stores inventory management and predictive or preventive maintenance.
• Strong computer skills required; controls aptitude, PLC troubleshooting, CMSS/EAM, and Oracle experience are relevant to the role.
