Location: Hybrid role based at 14460 Varsity Brands Way, Farmers Branch, Texas, United States. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with work from home on Fridays. The position requires 20% domestic and international travel. No relocation assistance is available; candidates must be able to work from the designated location without company-sponsored relocation.

What you will do
- Drive seasonal apparel products from concept through production readiness in collaboration with Design, Category Management, Sourcing, Planning, Sampling, QA, and manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, prototypes, samples, and production transitions.
- Support the development of materials, trims, and fabrics and prepare accurate technical packages for manufacturing partners.
- Partner with Product Compliance, QA Testing, Product Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality, compliance, profitability, and on-time delivery.
- Troubleshoot design, material, trim, and production challenges and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze manufacturing processes and recommend improvements supporting cost reduction, quality enhancement, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- College degree in Fashion, Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of related product development experience, including design and manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of product development processes, manufacturing, quality excellence, and problem solving.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, organizational, and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PLM, and AS400, with the ability to learn new programs.
- Experience communicating through virtual meeting tools such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, or GoToMeeting.
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
- Experience with PLM, OMS, AS400, Outlook calendar scheduling, apparel manufacturing, and lean principles.
