TOP Supervisor (Apparel)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support a small TOP sample approval team.
• Assign workloads, coordinate daily coverage, and prevent workflow bottlenecks.
• Oversee receipt, organization, hanging, tracking, approval, rejection, and resubmission of samples across apparel, accessories, and footwear.
• Review flagged samples and make final approval or rejection decisions against quality and compliance standards.
• Communicate corrective actions and resubmission requirements to vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track productivity, maintain documentation, and report workflow, rejection, and compliance updates to management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, production, or sample management, preferably in apparel, retail, or consumer goods.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong organization, prioritization, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to make accurate quality decisions under tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• May need to stand or move for extended periods while handling samples.

• Experience with sample tracking systems, PLM, or reporting tools.
